The suppleness of matter is influential in this work based on plaster. This investigation dwells on rhythm, repetition and the transitional state of a movement. The intermediate moment: between flux and immobility is where the essence of the project lays. This short-lasting contingent interval where everything falls into place: shape, flow and the space that it will occupy. This mobility freezes into a gesture. The static three-dimensional matter is accompanied by sound recalling its past resonance. The movement continues thereafter its solidification. The work has a successive life, trespassing its initial creation. Through a tactility and the cracks that these actions provoke. A continuous cycle, which is uncontrollable and inevitable. The necessary act of letting go; an interval.
